An Accountant with over 25 years experience of developing financial control systems for airports. As a consultant, he has been involved in a variety of major reviews of airport management and organisation, often as part of the assessment of the potential benefits of airport privatisation.
He has, also, considerable experience of pricing policies and the economic regulation for airports. His airport management experience has been gained at London Luton Airport (Director of Finance), and Manchester Airport (Head of Financial Control). He has served on the committees of several National and International Airport Organisations.
