David Titterington

A Chartered Town Planner, with a long career in both public and private sectors, particularly in the promotion of transportation and development master plans, and evaluation of project feasibility and viability. David has been involved in a wide range of airport projects both in the UK and overseas, with particular involvement in project development, funding, and commercial activities.

He has substantial experience in the implementation of joint venture projects, including airports, and specialises in airport commercial development, terminal operations and project planning. In Local Government, he had senior management responsibilities for the examination and operation of local authority-wide economic and planning initiatives, including the organisation of staff structures with particular emphasis on transport and development activities.

As Project Director, his responsibilities include the company's projects for the Airport Authority of Cuba, Peel Airports Ltd, and West Midlands International Airport.
